Delivery and shipping conditions
We generally deliver FCA Hattersheim (Free Carrier) to Incoterms 2010. "Free Carrier" means that the Seller delivers the goods to the carrier or another person designated by the Buyer at the Seller's premises or at another designated location. FCA obliges the seller to release the goods for export. However, the seller has no obligation to clear the goods for import, to pay import duties or to deal with import customs formalities.
I. Shipping countries
We deliver worldwide, with the exception of countries for which country-specific embargoes or non-country-specific restrictive embargo measures (e.g. terrorism regulations, anti-torture regulations) as well as foreign trade prohibitions and restrictions according to the EC dual-use regulation, the foreign trade act and the foreign trade ordinance are available. II. Shipping costs
All prices quoted on the website are inclusive of the applicable statutory sales tax. The corresponding shipping costs are indicated to the customer in the order form and are to be borne by the customer.
1. deliveries within Germany
We charge the shipping costs to Germany 15,00 EUR.
2. deliveries abroad
We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:
European Union 30,00 EUR
Other countries 75,00 EUR
Germany 30,00 EUR
European Union 60,00 EUR
Other countries 150,00 EUR
III Delivery periods
We deliver in Germany to your billing address or a different delivery address.
Unless otherwise stated in the article description, delivery of the goods shall be delivered in the following cases
- Germany within 7-14 days, at
- International deliveries within 7-14 days
after confirmation of order (in case of an agreed advance payment after the date of your payment order). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered several articles with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a combined package, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is defined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
IV. Availability of goods
If no items of the product you have selected are available at the time of your order, we will inform you of this in the order confirmation. If the product is permanently unavailable, we refrain from accepting it. In this case, a contract will not be concluded. We will inform you of a permanent hindrance to delivery.
If the product specified by you in the order is only temporarily unavailable, we will inform you immediately in the order confirmation. If there is a delay in delivery of more than two weeks, you have the right to withdraw from the contract. Otherwise, we shall also be entitled to withdraw from the contract in this case. Any payments already made will be returned immediately.
V. Payment methods
Payment in advance
Currently, we offer only payment in advance.
If you pay in advance, you transfer the outstanding amount to our account in advance. You will receive our bank details in the order confirmation. As soon as we register the receipt of payment on our account, we will dispatch the goods within the specified delivery times. Please indicate your order number in the note to payee so that we can identify your payment correctly.
The goods will be sent by post.
We ship via TNT or UPS, or another carrier of our choice.
